About Us

Who We Are? We specialize in providing training and development for youth and corporate using experiential learning. Our Singapore operation was established in 1991 and since then has extended our operations to Myanmar, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Indonesia, Hong Kong and China. In 2009, our associate , RVMS International, provided us the resources to spread our operations to over 54 countries via the network of TMI International and TACK International. The programs are specially designed by our team of local and foreign consultants who have been in the field for more than 15 years. We encourage participants to explore learning by experiencing risk, creativity, innovation, teamwork, decision making, and leadership. Our well designed, exciting and fun programs make learning both enjoyable and effective.   Our Trainers & Consultants Our teams of dedicated and professional trainers and consultants are highly qualified and experienced. We have proven good track records of over 15 years in providing fun, safe and enriching indoor and outdoor programs. Those involved in Outdoor Practical Programs are certified from various established local and international organisations in first aid, safety, rope courses and wilderness programs. Our trainers and consultants in the Executive Programs are certified by international Management Development Organisations such as RVMS International, TACK International and TMI International.
